Iain Duncan Smith accused of publishing misleading immigration figures

This is an update to my last post: Yet another attack by the Tories on immigrants.

Sir Michael Scholar, the head of the UKSA (UK Statistics Authority) has accused Iain Duncan Smith, the Work and Pensions Secretary and the Department of Work and Pensions for publishing misleading immigration figures that were

"highly vulnerable to misinterpretation".
