Visitors from 6 countries considered as "High Risk", namely, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nigeria and Ghana would have to deposit a £3,000 bond as fee from November 2013, according to a yet to be confirmed plan finalised by the British home office.
